Amanita Fairy
This fairy is living in the Amanita Muscaria. This mushroom is common in fairy-tales, partially because of its pyschodelic properties, and partially because it works so beautifully in illustration. It’s also the mushroom you see in in Nintendo’s Mario.
Sorry the scan is so poor, my scanner isn’t really top of the line and the paper was bigger then the bed. But I don’t think I’m done with this one yet anyway, I’m going to re-explore it.
